  • Create an Interlibrary Loan account logging in on this page with your WyoWeb username and password. Once you have created an account you can request material, see your current and previous requests, and even cancel requests you no longer need. If you have difficulties contact us at elsreq@uwyo.edu or call (307) 766-5168.
  • UW students, staff, and faculty can request physical and electronic material held by libraries worldwide.
  • ILL services are offered free of charge to UW students, staff, and faculty. We cover the cost of borrowing and shipping materials.
  • The patron is responsible for the borrowed material once it is checked out to them. If you have lost or damaged your ILL material, please Contact us right away. Lending libraries set their policies for lost or damaged items, and you may be billed for lost/damaged items.
  • Available UW materials will be pulled and ready for pickup within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. If the material is not available at UW, the request will be forwarded to other libraries. Response time is usually, but not always, 1 week or less.
